Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.zeyo.in (Zeyo Fashion). Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Return Policy.
Our return & refund policy is 07 Days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To start a return/exchange, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org Please mention your order number and reason for return/exchange. If your return/exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. In case of COD store credit / brand voucher will be issue of the same amount
The only charges that will not be refunded are the COD charges / Shipping charges.
We do not accept return or exchange for following items
- Sale or Promotional Products
- GIFT Card
Please reach out to us via email or WhatsApp if you should need to cancel your order. Orders placed on this website can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Damages and issues
We do a thorough quality check of each item before it is dispatched, however, incase you receive a wrong, defected or damaged item, please contact us immediately via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or via the WhatsApp.
